Royce Tan began his career working alongside children with special needs before transitioning into a homeroom teacher role. His teaching principles revolve around creating engaging and memorable lessons that leave a positive impact on his students. Outside the classroom, he enjoys exploring new cafés, trying different coffees, playing futsal, and listening to music.
