At Havil, we strive to educate, not just to teach. In doing so, we seek to make our students excel in learning, while helping to develop strong character values that will stand them in good stead in life. Our teachers are specially selected for their outstanding character.

Competence

We seek not to give children the fish, but to teach them to fish.

At Havil, competence is developed not through rote learning but in stimulating the mind to learn and to explore not only the world they see, but the one they have yet to see. The syllabus is primed for a global outreach that will truly make the world into one big classroom.

Community

At Havil, we provide students with a safe, stimulating and conducive environment.

Relationships matter and this will be reflected in the caring and mentoring relationship between student and teacher, between the school and the parents, and between the students and the community at large. Though small in size, Havil will be big in heart, and the students will learn from young to reach out to the community at large, especially the marginalized.
