Ms Phoebe Koh is a dedicated educator who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Azusa Pacific University and recently achieved a Master’s in Education from UC Berkeley. With over seven years of experience in educational settings since graduating from university, Phoebe has worn various hats in both teaching and non-teaching roles at Havil International School.

Phoebe is deeply passionate about primary school education and curriculum development. Her mission is to ensure that every student receives a solid educational foundation and reaches their grade-level targets, setting them up for a successful future. Phoebe firmly believes that, with the right support and access to education, all students have the potential to achieve greatness and gain entry into top-tier universities.
